As a Marketing Specialist at PushBased, you'll shape how the company's expertise reaches the right audiences, across the right channels, in the right way. You'll have real ownership over your work and genuine input into how the function develops as the company grows.

Shape the channel presence: develop and execute a content and channel strategy across Linkedin, X, Bluesky, Facebook, and Instagram that showcases our expertise and presence in the developer ecosystem.

  • Build expert-driven content: work directly with engineers and consultants to pull their expertise into articles, posts, and social content that earns attention from the right audience

  • Bring it to life visually: design is a core part of this role. You'll work hands-on in Figma to produce graphics, templates, and visual assets across channels.

  • Web and landing pages: collaborate with the web developer and GTM Lead to keep pages up to date, support new landing page launches, and ensure content is structured for both conversion and search

  • Drive SEO: own keyword research, on-page optimisation, and meta strategy across the website and new service pages as they launch

  • Run campaigns together with GTM: collaborate with the Go-To Market Lead to set up, run, and track paid social campaigns across Linkedin and X, with a clear focus on generating qualified inbound interest

  • Turn events into content: transform what happens at PushBased's conferences, workshops, talks, and community events into posts and follow-up content that extends the reach of what the team is already doing

  • Track and improve: own reporting across all marketing activity. Know what is working, understand why, and change what is not.

What you bring

We're looking for a driven Marketing Specialist who aligns with our values and brings the following:

Commercial thinking:

Marketing and campaign expertise:

  • Solid B2B marketing experience with a track record in paid social

  • You know how to build, run, and improve campaigns: targeting, copy, and iteration based on data

  • Experience working with content that others produce: packaging it, scheduling it, and making sure it reaches the right people in the right format

  • Comfortable managing presence across multiple channels without losing focus


Visual design:

  • A genuine eye for design, with hands-on experience in Figma or similar tools

  • Able to take a piece of content and turn it into something visually compelling, not just assemble a template

  • Comfortable owning the visual side of campaigns and channel presence end to end

Region

You'll be joining a collaborative team based across Europe. To ensure smooth communication and teamwork, we're looking for candidates located within the EU Region or able to work comfortably within European time zones.
