What awaits you

As an Nx Productivity Engineer at PushBased, you’ll go beyond just coding. You’ll play an integral role in identifying and solving complex challenges in large-scale workspaces. You’ll work closely with our team and clients to audit, design, implement, and optimize Nx-based monorepos, ensuring fast builds, clean architecture, and developer happiness.

• Be part of cross-functional teams: Collaborate with full-stack, backend, and frontend developers, and product managers to deliver meaningful impact

• Take ownership: Got an idea? Drive the initiative, and own it from start to finish.

• Foster growth: Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously learn new technologies

• Work end-to-end: Guide projects from setup to deployment pipeline

• Be part of the community: Share knowledge with the community through workshops, talks, or blog posts

• Challenging environments: We are experts, integrating and collaborating closely with our clients to design long-term, scalable monorepo strategies and roadmaps.

• Variety: Work hands-on in projects as a driving force, create architecture audits or conduct workshops for our customers

What you bring

We're looking for a solution-minded Nx Productivity Engineer that aligns with our values and has the following skills:

Consultant Thinking:

• You are able to present complex topics in a concise way in front of stakeholders

• You have strong communication and presentation skills in English

Technical Expertise:

• Expert level knowledge and experience with Nx in real-world projects

• Experience with Nx Cloud

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Solid understanding of monorepo architecture and tooling

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure, GitLab, etc.)

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or NestJS

Region

You’ll be joining a collaborative team based across the Europe. To ensure smooth communication and teamwork, we’re looking for candidates located within the EU Region or able to work comfortably within European time zones.
