Terms and Conditions for Online Workshops
1. Introduction
By registering for and participating in our online workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in any Workshop.
2. Workshop Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration: To register for a Workshop, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration.
2.3 Confirmation: Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the Workshop.
3. Workshop Participation
3.1 Live Sessions: Workshops are conducted live online via Google Meets. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate.
3.2 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all Workshop activities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Workshop without a refund.
4. Course Materials
4.1 Access: After the completion of the Workshop, participants will receive access to course materials, including slides and coding examples
4.2 Ownership: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of course materials is prohibited.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their registration at any time before the start of the Workshop. To cancel your registration, please contact us at [contact email/phone number].
5.2 Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend the Workshop for which you registered, your seat can be transferred to the next available Workshop date. Please notify us at [contact email/phone number] as soon as possible to arrange the transfer.
5.3 Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the start of the Workshop or for non-attendance.
5.4 Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a Workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the option to transfer your registration to the next available Workshop or receive a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Personal Responsibility: Participants acknowledge that participation in the Workshop is voluntary and agree to assume any risk associated with participation.
6.2 Technology Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues that participants may experience, including but not limited to, issues with internet access, hardware, or software.
