This talk follows a developer who ignored accessibility early on and later had to refactor large parts of the codebase. Through live coding and real examples, we’ll show how accessibility-first helps reduce tech debt and improve UX. We’ll wrap up with Angular Component Harness tests to ensure WCAG compliance and prevent regressions.
