### Adrian Romański
Full Stack Developer at Push-Based.
His programming journey began with C++ in high school and robotics studies at PJATK. After starting as a Java/Spring developer, he fell in love with Angular and has since specialised in Component-Driven Architecture with Storybook, application optimisation, and Nx-based monorepo structures. In the past year, accessibility (A11Y) has become his primary focus.

### Talk: “Accessibility Driven Development”
Neglecting an accessibility-first approach leads to technical debt, code maintenance issues, and poorer UX. Through the story of a developer and a menu component, this session blends storytelling with live coding to show how much extra work is needed when accessibility isn’t considered from the start, and how an A11Y-first mindset can prevent these problems.
